Hoy os traemos una aplicación para los que sois root, se trata de DroidWall un programa que hará tus delicias si te gusta controlar al 100% lo que ocurre en tu teléfono.
El uso es sencillo, abrimos la aplicación y veremos la lista de las aplicaciones que acceden a Internet desde nuestro móvil y podremos quitarles el acceso, si no deseamos que cierta aplicación se conecte, o podemos seleccionar sobre que red queremos que se conecte.
Esta última opción viene muy bien por si queremos que determinada app se conecte solo cuando estamos conectados vía WiFi.
Viene muy bien para ahorrar batería, ya que estén muchas aplicaciones constantemente accediendo a Internet es un gasto de batería y quizá muchas de las que se conectan no las necesitemos.
También viene muy bien para controlar un poco más nuestra tarifa de datos, por que somos muchos los que no tenemos tarifa ilimitada y nunca viene mal alguna aplicación que te ayude a llegar más holgadamente al límite mensual.
Como os comento al principio la única pega que podemos encontrarle es que es para usuarios root (¿es eso una pega?), os recuerdo que si no habéis rooteado aún vuestro terminal que podéis informaros aquí. No le tengáis miedo al root ya que es facilísimo y te da control total sobre TU terminal.
En definitiva, es una app muy útil. Con esta aplicación tienes control sobre que se conecta a Internet desde tu móvil y tu le das el permiso de hacerlos sobre tu red de datos, WiFi o ninguna de las dos.
Util, sobre todo, para esas aplicaciones que sólo se conectan a internet para descargar la publicidad.
Para cortar la publicidad mejor usa el AdFree que tienes en el market.

He probado AdFree pero aunque actualices el fichero host al parecer últimamente se le cuelan más anuncios. En mi caso me parece más útil seleccionar una a una las aplicaciones que no quieres tengan acceso a internet.

Hola! Por si alguien sabe, instalé Adfree y al principio parecia que bien, pero ahora no funciona bien la conexion a internet. No funciona el navegador ni el market :S

Pregunto lo mismo q jah me encantaria una aplicacion asi pero sin ser root, me parece super util sobre todo desde hoy que el watch dog me dice q he gastado 90 megas y no se en que xq no me he bajado nada especial, me e metido a leer el androide libre, un poco de whatsapp, e usado el navigation(sospecho que e activado una opcion nueva(acabo de instalar 2.2) y puede que haya sido la burrada de datos q e usado hoy)y un par de llamadas cortas de skype
Se que para muchos ser root no es ningun problema, pero para algunos patazas como yo preferimos quedarnos como estamos!!
